Meet Rachel

My hair journey started in high school. I always got in trouble for talking, so when I found out I could go to Cosmetology school for half of the day, I was all in. I graduated high school with my Cosmetology license and hit the ground running, giving me over 20 years of experience.

I absolutely LOVE being a Hairstylist. Connecting with other women and making them feel their best is my jam! I’m very creative, I have a great eye for color and proportions. I’m that friend that you ask for home décor ideas, and go shopping with. I also love to problem solve. I look at every client’s hair like a puzzle, always striving to give them the best hair possible by educating myself on new techniques and trends. You won’t find a hairstylist that cares more than me!

The proof that I always wanted to be a hairstylist

I had amazing support from family or they were just crazy, or a little bit of both. Whatever the case may be, I love having photos of me at age 6 cutting and blow drying my grandparent’s hair. My Papa would journal about his grandchildren and he wrote in 1989 that I would be a Hairdresser. I treasure this entry! It’s a reminder to still be that carefree little girl. “For what was important yesterday, may be gone forever.”
